A Cancellation Policy
Life happens! I get sick, you get sick.
There will be a $100 fee for cancellations that are less that 24 hours in advance. There are circumstances that occur outside of our control, which I understand and take that into consideration on a case by case basis.
Medicare/Medicaid clients are not charged for cancellations that are less that 24 hours, however, after 3 sessions cancelled last minute, service termination will occur and you will be provided referrals to external services that accept your insurance.

Cancellation timeframe: 24-hour notification
Cancellation fees: $100
Exceptions: Things outside of our control happens. Each circumstance will be assessed individually.
State Insurance: If you are using state insurance, you will not be charged. However, after 3 no-shows or cancellations without 24-hour notice, services will be terminated and referrals to external services will be provided.
